Why ROSE? 

Realistic; because you wouldn't refer to any suggestion that was, frankly, unrealistic.

Obvious; isn't it so easy to miss the blindingly obvious sometimes?  Don't we all need reminding of the basics from time-to-time?

Soft-Skills; it's what sets somebody apart from the rest, knowing how to deal with certain situations and how to interact effectively with people.

Essentials; as it suggests, to develop and grow personally and in business terms, these skills are essential.

Download your copy in either video or written format.  The video's will typically take you 3-4 minutes to watch, meaning that you can relax and allow yourself to absorb the information as it's presented to you.  The written copy is handily presented as a one page A4 document which you can file for easy reference.
