Can I change my level of subscription at any time?
It is possible to upgrade from Bronze to Silver or Gold and from Silver to Gold at any time during the subscription period upon payment of the additional charge. It is only possible to downgrade from Gold to Silver or Bronze and Silver to Bronze at the end of the subscription period.
Can I book additional consultancy or training days when I subscribe?
Yes, it is possible to book any additional days for consultancy or training though we recommend that you discuss your plans fully with one of our partners to ensure that you receive the best possible service from us.
How can I pay the subscription charge?
Currently we have the facility for you to be invoiced annually and to pay by cheque or BACS. Any other payment methods including quarterly/monthly billing and payments by standing order will be communicated to you when they are available.
Will additional third party services be made available?
We are negotiating the supply of various products and services from a number of carefully selected suppliers as part of the benefits of membership. Once a new partner has been agreed this will be communicated to all members and at this point you will be able to take advantage of any price discount or service enhancement that is offered.
Can other members of the practice take advantage of the membership benefits?
The membership scheme means that the practice can take advantage of the membership benefits. You will need to have your unique membership number available to purchase some of the products and services available. We constantly monitor the members list and will ensure that any discount or service enhancement available directly from Boreas Partnership (UK) is applied; we will inform the third party suppliers of member firms in order that their benefit can be applied by them.
Boreas Partnership (UK) accepts no liability whatsoever from a third party supplier failing to make any changes to their offer, including it's withdrawal without notification, or any damages that may be caused.
Can my firm be a member of any other organisation as well?
Yes! The Boreas Partnership (UK) membership scheme is an independent scheme aiming to provide members with various benefits and the opportunity to engage the partners in assisting to develop your firm in areas of management, coaching, sales skills, client acquisition and development and client management. You are welcome to be part of any other organisation taking advantage of their skills and expertise as well.
What happens at the end of the 12 month subscription period?
You will be sent an invoice before the subscription period ends, payable within 30 days. Failure to pay the invoice could result in you being unable to access the members' only area on the website and have the discounted prices and member benefits withdrawn.
What do I do if I want to cancel?
Naturally we hope that you will not wish to cancel your subscription once you have made the decision to become members. In the unlikely event that you do need to do this then, if it is within the first 30 days then you will be refunded as follows
If you wish to cancel your subscription at the end of the subscription period, this should be done in writing giving at least 30 days notice.
