Coaching for Success – Developing Your Most Valuable Asset

Coaching is widely recognised as a core skill required by all successful managers. There are a number of methodologies available, this seminar will work through a simple and effective model taking a practical approach to develop the delegate skills along the way.

Delegates at previous events have asked specifically for a workshop on coaching to be provided in order that they might try out ‘in laboratory conditions’ coaching techniques without risking getting wrong with their team. If you have recently been promoted to a position with management of people responsibility, or have been doing it for a while and need that all important refresher, this course is for you.

Price £195 non-members, £165 members plus vat. (A discount of 15% will be applied to bookings of more than 3 people on the seminar.
